I bought 10 of these petite cuties in may. I recieved plants that were healthy and ready half grown. They have reached only a foot in my garden the first growing season as I do not fertilize the first year, but they had flowers from May to present (October). They provide great contrast when grown next to full flowers like coreopsis or daisies.
